红景天苷抗胃癌的多重效应机制Mechanisms of the multiple effects of salidroside on anti gastric cancer

摘要(Abstract):
红景天为景天科红景天属草本或亚灌木植物,其种类繁多,药理作用广泛,其提取物红景天苷为对羟基苯乙醇,即酪醇,具有抗炎、调节血压、免疫调节和抗癌等多种生物活性。红景天苷的抗癌作用日益引起重视,成为肿瘤防治的一个研究热点。本文从红景天苷诱导自噬、诱导凋亡,调控血管生成、克服耐药化疗增敏、抗炎、增强免疫力等几个方面展开综述,概述了红景天及其活性提取物的抗胃癌作用,为肿瘤的药物防治研究与临床应用提供理论依据。
