基于“脾胃运化”探讨肠道微生态与中风病的相关性Discussion on the Correlation Between Intestinal Microecology and Stroke from the Perspective of Spleen and Stomach Transportation in Traditional Chinese Medicine

摘要(Abstract):
多年来,我国中风患病率始终高于全球水平。作为造成我国成年人致死、致残的主要原因,中风病严重影响了人民生命健康与生活质量,为患者个人、家庭及社会发展带来沉重负担。肠道微生态作为近年来国内外学者的研究热点,与中风发病、治疗及预后存在密切关联。基于中医学中"脾胃运化"功能探讨肠道微生态与中风病的关联对于从脾胃防治中风具有重要意义,肠道微生态也为中医药防治中风病提供新的切入角度。
