白虎加人参汤对糖尿病大鼠氧化应激水平及TRPV1mRNA基因表达的影响Effect of Baihu and Renshen decoction on oxidative stress and TRPV1 mRNA gene expression in diabetic rats

摘要(Abstract):
目的研究白虎加人参汤对糖尿病模型大鼠氧化应激TAOC水平及背根神经节(DRG)中TRPV1m RNA基因表达的影响。方法腹腔注射链脲佐菌素建立糖尿病大鼠模型。将造模成功大鼠随机分为模型对照组、白虎加人参汤组以及α-硫辛酸组。药物治疗8周后,采用酶联免疫法检测大鼠TAOC水平,RT-PCR法检测DRG中TRPV1 m RNA的表达。结果与模型对照组比较,白虎加人参汤组和α-硫辛酸组总抗氧化能力均升高(P<0.05),2组间比较,α-硫辛酸组TAOC水平更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);白虎加人参汤组和α-硫辛酸组DRG中TRPV1 m RNA的表达与模型对照组比较均下调(P<0.01),组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论白虎加人参汤能提高糖尿病大鼠血清TAOC水平,减轻氧化应激反应,具有一定的抗氧化能力,同时下调DRG中TRPV1 m RNA的表达,对糖尿病神经病变有一定的防治作用。
