桦褐孔菌系统溶剂法提取物体外抗肿瘤活性部位的筛选Screening of antitumor active site in vitro extract of inonotus obliquus by system solvent

摘要(Abstract):
目的比较桦褐孔菌不同极性有机试剂提取物的抗肿瘤活性,从中筛选出抗肿瘤的主要活性部位。方法采用系统溶剂法对桦褐孔菌依次进行梯度提取,分别得到石油醚层、氯仿层、乙酸乙酯层、正丁醇层、70%乙醇层、水层和粗多糖等7个不同极性部位,以MTT法考察桦褐孔菌各极性部位对肝癌细胞、肺癌细胞及乳腺癌细胞的抑制作用。结果 7种桦褐孔菌提取物均能浓度依赖性的抑制癌细胞生长,且氯仿层对癌细胞的抑制率最高。结论氯仿层是桦褐孔菌的主要抗肿瘤活性部位,具有较高的抗肿瘤活性。
