异落新妇苷抗痛风活性研究Study on the anti-gout activity of isoastilbin

摘要(Abstract):
目的利用痛风动物模型对异落新妇苷(IA)抗痛风活性及作用机制进行研究。方法关节腔内注射尿酸钠(MSU)建立痛风性关节炎大鼠模型,通过踝关节肿胀变化及炎症相关因子测定,评价异落新妇苷抗痛风性关节炎活性;腹腔注射氧嗪酸钾建立高尿酸血症小鼠模型,通过血尿酸(UA)含量,黄嘌呤氧化酶(XOD)活性测定,评价异落新妇苷抗高尿酸血症活性。结果异落新妇苷治疗显著降低了痛风性关节炎大鼠关节肿胀5.7%以上,同时炎症因子IL-1β、IL-8、MCP-1、IFN-γ显著降低(P <0.05),并能有效的降低炎症细胞浸润;同时异落新妇苷治疗显著降低了高尿酸血症小鼠血清UA 25.8%以上和XOD活性12.9%以上。结论异落新妇苷可以通过降低炎症水平实现对痛风性关节炎的抑制,并通过抑制XOD活性,降低血UA水平实现抗高尿酸血症活性。
