针刺对脑卒中后抑郁大鼠血清丙二醛、超氧化物歧化酶、谷胱甘肽表达的影响Acupuncture Treats Post Stroke Depression Rats by Regulating Serum MDA, SOD and GSH Levels

摘要(Abstract):
目的通过探究针刺对脑卒中后抑郁(PSD)大鼠血清丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽(GSH)表达的影响,探讨针刺治疗PSD的可能机制。方法将SD大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、针刺组,8只/组。采用中脑动脉闭塞(MCAO)和慢性不可预知应激法(CUMS)建立PSD模型。针刺组针刺百会、神庭,1次/d,共治疗28 d。观察大鼠糖水偏爱比及旷场实验行为;Elisa法检测大鼠血清SOD、MDA、GSH含量。结果与正常组比较,模型组大鼠的糖水偏爱比(P <0.01),移动次数显著减少(P <0.001),MDA表达水平显著上升(P <0.05),SOD表达水平显著降低(P <0.05);与模型组相比,针刺组大鼠的糖水偏爱比(P <0.01)、移动次数显著上升(P <0.001),MDA表达水平显著减少(P <0.05),SOD、GSH表达水平显著升高(P <0.05)。结论针刺能够通过增加抗氧化物SOD、GSH水平,同时减少氧化产物MDA的产生来减少氧化应激损伤,从而减轻PSD的抑郁症状。
