玉米不同部位化学成分、药理作用、利用现状研究进展Research Progress on Chemical Constituents, Pharmacological Activity and Utilization Status of Different Parts of Corn

摘要(Abstract):
玉米是中国重要的粮食作物之一,玉米淀粉的提取已经工业化,但其副产物玉米须、玉米皮、秸秆等仍利用不足。随着技术设备条件的优化及产业化条件的成熟,玉米副产物具有十分广阔的开发应用前景。其中玉米须和玉米皮都具有降血压、降血脂及抗氧化的药理作用,而玉米秸秆可用于生产饮料、食用菌及能源等。本文针对我国目前面临的玉米作物综合利用发展中副产物处理难的问题,阐述了玉米不同副产物的化学成分、药理作用及利用现状的研究进展,为今后的开发利用提供指导。
