糖尿病周围神经病变发病机制研究进展

摘要(Abstract):
糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)是糖尿病(DM)常见并发病之一,其发病机制主要与血管损害、氧化应激、神经营养因子等因素有关。血管损害包括血管形态结构、功能障碍、活性因子改变和血液流变学异常;氧化应激不仅可以通过活性氧自由基(ROS)介导,刺激细胞内一系列应激信号通路,亦可以直接损伤神经细胞;而神经营养因子的减少则是导致DPN发病的关键因素之一。
