代谢综合征各组分与γ-谷氨酰转肽酶关系的研究进展Research Progress on the Relationship Between Components of Metabolic Syndrome and Gamma-glutamyl Transferase

摘要(Abstract):
代谢综合征由中心型肥胖、血糖异常、血脂异常和血压升高等多个组分构成,和心血管疾病的发生密切相关。γ-谷氨酰转肽酶是一种含巯基的线粒体酶,是谷胱甘肽代谢过程中的关键酶之一,参与到细胞的氧化应激反应中。国内外研究证实,γ-谷氨酰转肽酶参与到代谢综合征的发生发展中,两者之间存在着紧密的联系。γ-谷氨酰转肽酶能通过胰岛素抵抗、改变脂质代谢、参与氧化应激反应等多种途径影响疾病的发生。中医学则认为本病病位主要在脾,病理因素主要是痰和瘀,临床中也主要应用化痰祛瘀法进行治疗。
